Meditation

Today, take time. About 30 minutes to an hour, to stop and meditate. Trying your hardest to clear your mind and think of absolutely nothing.

We are so busy in this society that we rarely take time to get our minds in order. We stress at work, we try to use every bit of time at home to take care of business, but we never stop and breathe.

Even if you have to do it after reading this. Take a little bit of time for yourself. DO NOT FALL ASLEEP. Napping is not a good form of meditation. Give your mind and body time to catch up with you. Empty it out and then re-enter your day.
