WHITE AMERICA...

There isn't much that I can say, but hopefully the following video says enough for me. I love when white Americans can point the blame at the true offenders (White America). Linked from FoxShamed YouTube Channel.

Faith vs. Ignorance

I, myself would not say that I am overly religious, but I have faith and understanding of a higher power. In the Christian faith we like to say God/ Jesus, "The Trinity". In other religions you have Allah, Mary, Ogun, Buddha, the "Spirits", Astronomy, Voodoo (yes it is a religion, sorry to burst your bubbles), and in some religions they even worship the Devil.

In this article I'm not knocking any religion, for religion provides ground work and a foundation of faith that often enables people to cope with the pressures of life. It increases social networking and brings an idea of peace and love into relationships, be it loving or platonic.

My issue is not with religion, many people are religious and lack a spiritual connection to the world, and many people are spiritual and don't believe in distinct teachings of a particular religion, but rather a connection to the world based on an idea of some higher power, without stating what or who it is.

But what bothers me is the amount of faith that some people possess that may cause ignorance or a blind faithfulness. Too an extent faith is great. Faith is a profound belief or trust in a particular truth, or in a doctrine that expresses such a truth. Formal usage of the word "faith" is largely reserved for concepts of religion, where it almost universally refers to a trusting belief in a transcendent reality (therefore spirituality and spiritual immortality), or else in a Supreme Being and their role as a guide for people moving into an experience of such reality. [Wikipedia]. So in it's nature faith provides a substance for people to grasp when they have no other explanation to life's problems.

But why are people continually blinded to reality due to faith. The big issue that skeptics have with religion is that, in it's nature it is not tangible (very dependent upon the religion and it's practices). I often feel that way about faith, hope, etc, but I do know, and I have experienced the forces of a high power and how they effect my spiritually and physically. Though at some point a person must say, I am on earthly, and as of now I am going to need an earthly remedy. We consist of more than just a spirit. I think religious leaders need to address that as well, and have people understand to properly take care of your physical needs in addition to spiritual.

I address this for 2 reasons.First I find religion/faith to be the reason this Texas CULT has these women allowing their 13-14 year old daughter to have children by these 30-40 men. Read on it here.
Number 2, bothers me the most because some parents allowed their child to die because they would not seek medical attention for DIABETES. A CURABLE form of it might I add. Read about it here. But in summary, they assumed her month long sickness was a test of faith and that sin had caused her to be sick and with prayer she can be healed (which the father later justified by saying he thought it was because she was going through puberty). I understand not accepting all types of treatments, or praying when all else has failed and there is nothing left to do. But dang at least see a doctor when your 11 year old kid goes into a coma. (Mind you, they were religious isolates, meaning they removed themselves from the Pentecostal Church they were are part of and have a small religious sect of their own of about 5 people.)

This is me just ranting. I don't want anyone thinking I am atheist or agnostic. It's not that, but at the end of the day I am still a realist. There are greater things for me outside of this world...but while I'm on it, a brother has got to adjust, be it through faith, or just a greater understand of the world and my connections to it.

Ask questions if you like. That's all I got for now.

Making Paper

Picture From Wachovia

Well I'm not really making paper, more or less saving it. Today I applied for a Wachovia WAY2SAVE account in order to attempt to do better with my money and save some. Especially if I'm talking about a "move", I'll need starter cash.

I am wanting to move early Jan. 2009, but 2 years of saving will work as well. But the idea behind this Wachovia WAY2SAVE is that for every transaction made with my check card or online bill payments, $1 is added to the Wachovia WAY2SAVE account. So estimate 30 transactions a month on top of the up to $100 transfer, plus the annual percent, I'm looking at a hefty savings.

But also, after saving a certain amount, Wachovia will actually give you some extra cash. I'm dead serious. Go to the website and read up for yourself.

Bank of Rich America has something similar to this, but theirs only increases your payment up the next dollar and put the "change" in a savings account. Wachovia moves an entire dollar. Whoopdi-freaking-do.

But we will see how this works. Good luck to me, and feel free to donate.

Past Times..

So today is Sunday, and it's the end of the weekend. Supposedly, it is suppose to thunderstorm this evening and then it shall be really cold at the beginning of the week. But this past weekend was pretty cool.

I got to hang with a homie from church that goes to a high school in Durham. His mother kinda "raised" a lot of us at the church allowing us to have fun in her home. He's a pretty cool dude. He's has motivation and goals, just probably gets a little distracted, but that happens to the best of us.

But we had went to a few stores, ate, went to my sister's house and went to my homeboy's house to play Spades. Me and Tenesha were on a team, and got destroyed by my two homeboys. But it happens. So my past time was spades, because it has been years since I've played.

But I don't have much to say today. Nothing spectacular but we shall see what the upcoming week will bring.

I did go to Lake Crabtree on Friday and made an YouTube video, and took some photos which will be posted soon.

But yea, keep up, and see what's good with me.

All Geeked Out...

So I got my glasses last night, and now I look all geeked out. I like them though. Some brown and black Izod glasses from BJs Warehouse.

I'm still adjusting to them. I'm slightly farsighted so everything far away is a little blurry, but I end up adjusting to it. But there is a noticeable difference when looking at things that are up close. The doctor called them "computer glasses" as I was having trouble seeing the computer when typing and editing my photos. So yea, this is me with my glasses (and a little fancy photo work that I've done).

But yea, leave a comment and tell me what you think about the glasses, if you like them or not.

Can You Smell-al-al-la-la-laaah What BARACK Is Cooking....???

So this is one of the funniest videos I have ever seen. Not only does Mr. Obama have the best line, McCain STILL can't pronounce "Barack" correctly.

Must he say "Bah-Rack"? I don't know about you, but he is sounded real "George Bush" with the inability to pronounce things correctly. Is that a requirement to be republican? Incorrectly pronounce words while smiling so no one will notice...HAHAHA...

That is funny to me. Glad I'm not a "McCainiac"...and "Hilrod"...is it me, or does that sound like a sex toy or a tool the Rotor Rooter man would use.

But I wanted to share this video because Barack is cooking a big pot of Hope Soup with a little bit of Change and Cheese Sandwiches, and I'm ready to eat.

It's Not About Me, But Kinda Is...(click here)

YES today is EARTH DAY. So what does that mean? Everyone will be jocking me and my green today. I'm not sure if I should happy, or upset being that today I will no longer stand out, because everyone will look like me.

On a lighter note, I so have to make a YouTube video today about it being Earth Day. Mainly because I'm not very earthy. You'll understand if you see the video. [which I shall post a link in this blog once the video is created]

Moving on. Being that I work beside the ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY, they are taking up our parking lot with a "Earth Day" walk thing. But I don't mind, I have no where to go until 6 PM anyways. But check this, it is a very bland and dark Earth Day, so taking Earth Day pics isn't going to look to lovely unless I enhance them with fake backgrounds and such.

But "check me this" {my new saying, prepare to hear me say it a lot}, other than St. Patrick's Day, Earth Day is all for me. The green, the glory, the girls [well no girlS, I just thought it fit in the statement].

Speaking of "green", 4/20 was on a Sunday this year. What up with that? Really, did you go to church high? Pray about that! And in other green news, they are debating on whether to change the American Dollar. Right now it's a rumor I heard up in the air (but at this job, anything that comes out of someone's mouth that isn't on paper is probably a rumor - get a life, and get out of everyone else's business you lames {such a sidebar}).

Well thats all I have for right now.
You can call me Green, and since Green Means Go....
I'm GONE!

Going Broke!!!

So I'm going broke. Not because I have no money now, but because I have like $10,000 worth of bills to pay.  I'm going to name a few bills that I have, and you can see how they add up.

Student Loan Repayment - Which I called CFI today, about loan deferment, and although I am over due about $$$$, they are going to send me the deferment  information in hopes I can pay the overdue amount, before the next payment is due on May 10.
Credit Card (Over Credit Limit), payment due by May 16. - I tried calling them but I was on hold for 30 minutes and never got through, so I will be trying again tomorrow.
Cell Phone
Hospital Bills
Ambulance
Rent
Utilities

Well I'm stopping there, cause I don't want to list them all, cause it reminds me of how I will be broke. But I feel a financial breakthrough coming.  Please donate to the cause. Cause all of this is due SOON!! But just know, how much I owe to the economy is much more than how much I make.

Rain, Rain Go Away...

So I just got up from laying down.  I wasn't tired, just wanted some rest (even though I feel asleep). But earlier I had plans on going to a park in Raleigh and taking pictures of the foliage, but the rain has changed that. And it's not a little rain, it's a cats and dogs, thundering frogs type of rain.  So that has spoiled my picture taking event for today, because I don't intend to take picture out in the rain.  I nor my camera shall be subject to liquid abuse.

Maybe next weekend.  But on with my day. Now that I'm a little refreshed, I shall find something to do with the remaining hours prior to sleeping for the evening.

On a side note, I had planned on creating a YouTube video that addressed why people call me "Green", but I never got around to making a successful video, but be prepared for it.  It will answer the question that has plagued many of you.

I'm not sure if it will be a full motion video, or a picture/ slideshow video accompanied with narration.  I don't know, it depends on how I feel when I do it. Right now, I don't feel like doing much of anything.  Maybe eat dinner, but that is about it.

GOODNIGHT KIDS!!!

Everything is Clearer Now!

No, literally, I have to get glasses because my job is causing me to go blind. I had an eye doctor appointment today and the doctor basically said the eye strain from staring at the computer, the dim lighting (which they are finally installing more lights), and a number of other factors are causing me to be far-sighted with a slight astigmatism that won't get worse if I get some "Computer Glasses".

Well the ones I wanted were $400, so I won't be getting those. I'll try to find some inexpensive ones somewhere else. But yea, so the next time you see me I may be looking all "Pointdexter".

Along with that, I went to the barber shop and got like this half-fade, half mohawk thing. Just believe, once I get the glasses I'll have to YouTube a video of my experience (being that I'm slim on videos right now).

Holla, til next time..."I can see clearly now, got glasses on..."

Won't You Take Me To Funkytown....

So last night I saw two wonderful movies, but there is one in particular that had me rolling (laughing for those that don't know what that means). So last night I saw I Am Legend (2007) and Alvin and the Chipmunks (2007). I want to talk about Alvin and the Chipmunks cause it was the business, but I'll start with a little something about I Am Legend.

I Am Legend is a great movie that keeps you on your toes pretty often by having you try to figure out what the heck is going to happen next. It is not a horror flick or anything that will scare you out of your seat. To me it was more of a thinker's movie. You had to carefully watch what was happening in order to connect the dots and understand why things were happening. If you saw any preview prior to the release of the movie, you would assume the entire movie showed Will Smith and his dog Sam (Samantha) roaming through New York helpless. Well whoop-dee-freaking-do, that is WRONG.

As the after release previews stated, he was the "the last man on earth" but he was not alone by far; a factor is addresses in many different ways from the start of the movie to the VERY END. I'm stopping here, because for those that haven't seen it, I don't want to give it away, and to those that have, was it not a good movie? It tried it's best to tell a complete story without leaving the watcher confused. I ask, was the book better? If so, tell me, cause I don't plan on reading it.

So now to the main part of my piece the 1958 afternoon cartoon phenomenon turned 2007 computer animation movie, Alvin and the Chipmunks (Alvin, Simon, and Theodore). Oh my gosh if that was not one of the greatest movies I had ever seen (I'm sure that I have seen other great movies, but this is stuck in my head because I saw it last night). If you haven't seen this movie, and you remember the Chipmunks from your childhood years, then you need to see this (and get the DVD so you can watch the special feature afterwards). Some original songs (Chipmunks Christmas), a few new ones (Some song about riding in Escalades), and some "hip-hop" upgrades to ones we remember (Witch Doctor), grace this movie. If not for the annoying high pitched voices, I'd bang the soundtrack out of my car. Still might do it (iTunes here I come).

But from singing along, to laughing hysterically, this movie made my day. It is a must see for anyone who remembers the chipmunks, to any kid that needs to be introduced to them. Although the ending was sweet it was very abrupt and left me wanting more singing. Remembering the cartoon and cartoon movies of the late 1980s early 1990s there was a lot more singing, so I expected that. I also expected more "Chipmunk Versions" of more current songs, as you would hear on YouTube, in which people have gone and "Chipmunk-ed" recent hits from Avril Lavigne to any remix that currently has T-Pain or Lil Wayne.

So I would give I Am Legend a 7.96 out of 10, and Alvin and the Chipmunks a 9.23 out of 10. The reason for this, I am Legend is hard for me to categorize. Not enough action to be an action movie, did not seems suspenseful, was not a drama, and was too close to present time to really say it was a Sci-Fi (2009-2012). I will give it credit for using a modern day topic as it's main focus (attempting to cure cancer), which is something I'm sure the author of the book could not predict. But there were minor nuisances that I didn't like from the constant camera jerking in certain parts to the predictable scenes in which you can tell what was going to happen based on similar movies.

Alvin was great minus the lack of more songs and the quick ending near the climax of the movie. Right when you get to a part when you wonder what is going to come next, they go with the quick ending where everything is perfect within the last 10 minutes of the movie and it's over. If they come out with a Part 2, they need to introduce the girl Chipmunks (The Chipettes - Britney and Them - Kinda Beyonce-ish), and have the sing-off like they did in the cartoon movie (Chipmunk Adventure 1987)to the song "Boys/Girls of Rock-n-Roll". That is still a highlight in my life.

So that's that...have fun, go see them both. I just had to talk about them because Alvin and the Chipmunks made my day. And they do sing "Funkytown"!

(And I know Theodore is green, but Simon, the smart one has always been my favorite character. Feels like I could relate).

Just Because...

I don't really have anything to blog about today. But I think I will inform you of this. On April 17, 2008, my YouTube channel with officially change. It will no longer be NCSUAlumni, it will have changed to http://www.youtube.com/UCanCallMeGreen. So make sure you add that now as you new favorite place to be.

Other than that all is well, It's Sunday, didn't quite make it to church because I had a long, rough evening. Had to babysit the nephew the again and instead of him being picked up at 7:30 I ended up have to rush and take him home at around 8:30 because I had to be home about 9 to go out with the roommate.  Which was a fun but interesting time.

I did see my "Twin Sister" from high school there, so that was pretty good. Also Tenesha ended up coming after hanging out with a friend from home and one of her friends.. Then we came about to the house and hung out.

But that's about all I have, so check me out and keep posted on me with what's going on.  Nothing spectacular, nothing extravagant.  I did add some photos to my WebShots Page (click here), so you will have to go check those out.

I also have found a way to watermark them so that I can try to go professional and promote with the fear of someone attempting to use my photos as their on.  Plus if anyone happens to see my photos and cares to request some, they will have a way to contact me. So make sure you go look at those.  There is a link on the side to my photography, and I'm watching Worlds Dumbest Criminals on TruTV, and it is cracking me up cause a guy on Pot Brownies just called the cops and told him that he thinks him and his wife are dead. So I gotta go.

What's In A Name?

Well here is my answer to that. Because his name was
Fuzzy Wuzzy, does not imply that he himself is fuzzy. It did not say "there was a bear that was a fuzzy wuzzy", but that there was a bear NAMED Fuzzy Wuzzy. The words themselves may be a description, but as a name, it is merely a name. My primary example is the actor Tiny Lister. Although his name may suggest that he is small, he is actually quite a large man.

This can also be applied to the "Fine Car/Ugly Girl" syndrome. And I'm sure you've heard it many-a-time before. The "Porsha (Porsche)" that looks like an 1976 Ford Truck. Or the "Mercedes" that looks like she should be playing center linebacker for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The "Alexis/ (Lexus)" that should have been named "The Old Brown Buick in the backyard that no one drives cause Grandpa hasn't put wheels on it yet".
Hey, it happens. I'm not the judge, just the jury.

So my question to you is..."what's in a name?"

"That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet?"

But I'm sure if we called doo doo a rose, there would be no sweetness about it. People volunteer to smell roses, not because they are called roses, but because of what they are. If poo-juice was named "rose" I'm sure people wouldn't volunteer to smell that.

So I guess what I am saying is overcome whatever name you are, by becoming a person defined by self. Loser, Underachiever, Promiscuous, Show-Off, although describing they are merely a name. And if you choose to live be that name or any other name, you are not defining yourself, you are defining what other people think of you.

So do better and define who you are, and don't let what you are called define who you are.

Aliens Want My Brain...

And you ask how I know. Check this out. I had no intention of writing a blog today until I got ready to go to lunch and I encountered something extraterrestrial. This contraption here:
Some Alien Device

So I'm confused about what this is. I'm assuming it is supposed to be a toilet. And that's fine. Well thought out you Martians. On the first visit, they came and broke the stall, so on the second visit they decided to install the new "Brain Sucking Toilet". Problem is, it is very noticeable when our toilets were manufactured in 1995, and this one is clearly from 2010. I can't even go to the bathroom and feel safe. I refused to even use the normal looking stalls beside it. I have to go into one of the stalls with the door, just in case something wanted to jump out of this odd looking device.

So I go stand in front of this machine to do my business, and the next thing I know, my brain is being sucked through my urethra. Oh no Mr. Alien. You can't out smart me. But for real, I didn't use it and I wonder how it flushes. It might take me with the water. You see the shape of that thing...do I pee in it, or sit on it? I"M SO CONFUSED ABOUT WHAT TO DO...

And there is no handle...but a "button" (probably the suck the brain out button) coming from out the wall..see:
They almost got me. But while on the topic of lunch. I got an "Italian Burger"...meat, lettuce, pepper-jack cheese. But what confused me, is that it had salsa. Wouldn't that make it a Mexican Burger. The last time they made Italian Burgers, there was Marinara Sauce...which makes more sense.

But either way, that thing was so good I was tempted to lick the salsa of the plate, mind you I was sitting at my desk at work while preparing to do that. I licked it a little...but I didn't clean the plate like I wanted to.

BY THE WAY: THERE IS NO WATER IN THE TOILET...ISN'T THAT SUSPICIOUS?

Not Just Sick in the Head....

(The Beginnings)

I'm sitting in the doctor's office on my iPod right now, and I'm wondering if today can be any worse than yesterday. Metaphorically speaking, yesterday my milk spoiled and my coffee tasted burnt. Now, I'm wondering, not only what today will bring, but how my yesterdays will affect my tomorrows.

I'm at the doctor now, for a follow up to my follow up from the emergency room visit back in March. He noticed some funny blood level that were not typical for me and he wanted to do more blood work (on top of the 8 times I was stuck at the emergency room for blood work, IVs, and meds.)

Although I seem to always be full of glee and joy, I think stress sent me to the hospital. There is a multitude of things in my life that haven't gone the way I want the to and I think it has affected my body. That along with the type of work I do, which my body has never been used to (sitting at a computer for 8 hours).

Don't get me wrong, I'm not covering up sadness because I'm nowhere near sad. I enjoy life, love my life, and I'm typically joyous about life in general because I have no reason to really complain.

But we will see what the doctor says and I'll let the world know. I'm just starting to think it was all stress. I'm to fly to have had the flu.

(The Diagnosis).

So I'm not sick in the head, but before I get to my doctor's appointment, I want to digress. I am upset with McDonalds. So the first part of this I wrote on my iPod, thinking that I'll go eat somewhere with Wi-Fi and email it to myself so I can paste it up here. Well guess what I had to retype it, because McDonalds Cafe wanted to charge for Wi-Fi use. What's up with that? Even Dairy Queen has free internet, just sign up. McDs wants you to use your credit card. EAT MY SHORTS, Ronald McDonald!!!!

But after my doctor's appt, two things are confirmed, I'm not sick and the head and I was too fly for the flu. He said based on the my liver enzyme count, that later went down, I must have had a bad virus. As far as the night sweats, that will go away with time as my body recuperates. If not, I have a physical in July to see if I've gotten any better.

He said the headaches could be from staring at this computer screen all day at work. So I have to make and appt with the eye doctor. If it not my eyes, then go back and see with there is a bigger problem. My eyes feel fine, but you never know. So eye dr. here I come , when I get some funds.

As far as my day yesterday, I'm sure your really want to know, but it's nothing I feel like sharing globally at the moment. Just know change is coming, just not sure how or when.

Dang on McDs...$1 food, but no free internet...

What's Your Addiction???

"Is it money?
Is it girls?
Is it weed?
I've been afflicted, by not 1, not 2, but all three.." ~Kanye West

And I have come to realize my own addiction: Blogging.

"Addiction was a term used to describe a devotion, attachment, dedication, inclination, etc. Nowadays, however, the term addiction is used to describe a recurring compulsion by an individual to engage in some specific activity, despite harmful consequences to the individual's health, mental state or social life." ~ Wikipedia

I have been blogging for less than a week, and it's become a problem. At home, at work, on the go with the iPod. I have so much to say, and no one to listen. So I blog, about anything and everything. I'm sure no one will ever read this. But I feel better now that it's out.

Mentally I won't be too effected by this. I'm expressing myself. I'm "talking", communicating and not holding things in. My physical health - dismiss that in regards to blogging. And my social health. Never really had a problem with that. SO I guess this is a pretty good addiction. Now just getting people to read it on a regular would be helpful.

On that note, I added something over on the left side that says "Subscribe To"...click on post and pick a RSS reader you use, and you can keep up with my very frequent post.

Drugs are bad, so is the internet.

A Case of the Mondays

So have you ever woke up just knowing it was going to be one of those days. How about this, have you ever gone to bed that night before knowing the next day was going to be one of those days. If you haven't, I am.

Last night, I was tired as all outside. It was a crabby, dark day itself, so I was already on the "moving slow" end, and I was babysitting the 2 year old. So I was super tired last night. But I couldn't get to sleep. I was dead tired, but sleep was not in the plan my body had. Finally falling asleep around 1:30 AM or so, I struggle staying asleep. Since my emergency room escapade back in mid-March (before starting these, so you wouldn't know anything about is), I have struggled with sleeping. A combination of nightly cold-sweats, and visions in my sleep that I may or may not be able to decipher. The visions last night confused me. Some I could make out, others I couldn't. All the parts that had me wrestling or fighting with the commercialized object of death (the whole Grim Reaper thing), has me in shock. Either someone or something is going to come to an end. Hopefully a something, more than a someone. A vision of change, where something old dies and something new arises. But I question, if I am fighting with death, am I holding on to something that is meant to die out?

Anyways, my first set of visions was a Royal Rumble with death, causing me to wake up around 3:15 AM (yes I looked at the clock). Realizing that I was having my night sweats I went to turn the heat down, noticing it was only in the 60s: 64, 66...somewhere around there, so I was sweating on my own heat. So I get back to sleep and vision two starts. It's me, in a room (not my own now), auditioning people to be my roommate. Have I moved? And why was a homeboy from high school auditioning (not my current roommate, who I know from high school too).

Well that vision didn't give me night sweats, so I pretty much stayed sleep til this morning. Not wanting to get up...I finally do. Low and behold, I don't get to work til 9:30 AM...wanting to be heard around 8-8:30 like usual.

I get to work, and it seems a pretty regular day until I have to go make some copies. THE FREAKING MACHINE GETS A SUPER JAM! In the middle of a big job, so yes I had to start over. With my wonderful computer skills, and simple mechanical abilities I am able to get the jam out. No problem, but I go to re-staple the original files and, click click, I have no staples, it happens. I go back to my desk, which is pretty far from the copy machine to get some staples, and find out; my staplers WASN'T out of staples, it was full, they had just been jammed into the stapler. So I walked back, to finish my copies.

The END!
Did I mention, this is going to be a long day.

Babysitting!

So I came over to my parent's house to babysit my nephew. Cool, no problem, play, have some fun, go somewhere. Well cancel that. The weather sucks and everything will be closing soon. When I first got here he was sleep, so I took that time to eat and such. Now that I have the "itis", he is wide awake. But he is rocking the green shirt, so I can give him that.

But I'm on break right now while he is pre-occupied. Eventually we'll probably got by to my house, because it will be a while before my sister is back to get him, and I'm not trying to sit in Durham all day. I rather be in my own home. But that's all I have for right now. Nothing spectacular. Had a lot of laughs with my sister and cousin earlier. My girl wasn't laughing too much, but she doesn't laugh at much. We were cracking up.

But it's only about 5:00 pm, so there is still a lot of day left to go. So I may add to this. I'm tired now so I don't feel like messing with my camera so there is probably be nothing new with that today. But you never know, it's still early in the day.

Did get some good food though. On first Sunday's we have "dinner" at my parent's house, so there was a lot of food here to eat. I'll probably take some home as well. Eat again later, or sometime tomorrow.

Well we finally did go outside., and he got into his wagon and rolled. I have a few pictures of him, along with some videos. Now we are back at my house and he is finally eating, but only pudding and apple sauce. He really isn't feeling the chicken nuggets. I'm eating them myself. I don't care. I'm sure he'll want something more eventually. I think I'll be stuck with him another 2 hours or so. Here goes nothing. (So in the video below, I've figured my nephew is speaking a collection of gibberish, Spanish, and English, being that all of his toys are bilingual.)

Gotta Hobby!!!

So today I go to A.C. Moore, looking for something completely different than what I cam out with. Honestly, I didn't expect to get anything. By the way, A.C. Moore is a craft store for those that don't know. So I'm in there and I think I need to get a soldering gun. Well I end up seeing a Wood-burning/ Soldering gun, so I pick it up. Along with some blank wood and other things that could help out.
Well today, I made my first project. I built a table and wood burned it with a design. Something simple...for a practice. But that really all I have to say today. I did put some new pictures onto my Webshots Site. The photography site I have. So check that out if you dare.

Til Next time...

More to Me (Clickable Title)

So I said, hey, why not. There is more to me than just the changes in my life. I'm an artist. I have talent. I am more than a man sitting hopeless behind a desk waiting for life to grab him and say "Hey, lets do something!". I am doing something on my own. I know I've already posted for today, this is to inform that I have now created another blog, which will lead you into my artistic mind. Along with my photography, you will be engulfed you the imagination I present to you through verbal imagery, in which I paint a picture with just my words, in the form of song and poem.

To get there, just click the title of this post, or in my pages link click the Artistry Blog link.

*Enjoy!

The First of who knows how many...

So I'm wondering why I am doing this blog thing. How will it caught on with me, will it affect my life in anyway. Probably not. I'll probably stop in like a week. So, I'm starting this blog thing, along with 2 other sites that I'm trying to get together. One is my YouTube account (click here) which will have video of what goes on randomly. The other, is my photography website (click here), which is still in the making.

Now I have a Blogger, which at the moment seems a little stale. Guess because I don't really know what to talk about. I'm not going to get to personal, but I'm not going to be vague and boring, to where my life doesn't seem interesting

There is a multitude of things happening in my life. Some worth sharing, and some not worth digging into. Also, my next few post are going to be notes that I had written a while on Facebook, and I think I want to share. So those will be going up later this afternoon. There are maybe 3 or 4.

For now, I don't have much to give you. If there is anything specific you're wanting to know, hear, etc...just let me know. I'm sure you can find it somewhere. But right now, I'm not really trying to get too deep into my life. Maybe another day when I don't have much to you do I'll explain who I am, what I do, what I'm about. For right now, thanks for tuning in.
